Who is First Stage Scuba?

A first stage in scuba diving typically refers to an important piece of equipment that takes the high pressure air in the scuba tank and reduces the pressure to provide breathable air to the diver.

The reason we chose that as the name of this site is because to us, it also represents the vital first stages of diving. The first stage of the scuba life is the time between deciding to learn scuba and the point where you are starting to realize what you do not know yet.

Our goal is to provide information to make your journey as a scuba diver easier by sharing the things we have learned, and are still learning, on our own journeys. So, feel free to look around and ask questions here or on our social media pages.
